Workforce Analysis

Our services relating to the workforce analysis includes the tabulation of data by designated group employees, coding of jobs by National Occupational Classification (NOC) code and Employment Equity Occupational Group (EEOG), comparison of internal and external representation rates, gap analysis, and summary reports.

For larger organizations in particular, we provide the expertise and guidance necessary to ensure that analysis frameworks are properly linked to the business’ operations and other divisions. More importantly, we ensure that the frameworks used are manageable for our clients.
